Turkey & Gravy Enchiladas

Yes!  Potapas make a tasty combination with turkey and gravy along with cranberry sauce and shredded cheese.
Drizzle cranberry sauce over turkey and roll up. Top with gravy and shredded cheese.  Microwave for 1 min.

Instructions
 

  • Thaw Potapas in the refrigerator to separate them.
  • Heat them on a hot, non-stick pan to make them soft and pliable. Set aside briefly.
  • Prepare all the ingredients
  • Assemble!

Turkey Enchilladas

Ingredients: shredded, roasted turkey, red enchilada sauce, green chile sauce, shredded cheese

Drizzle cranberry sauce on turkey, add spring mix and any other toppings you may like.

  • Thaw Sweet Potato Potapas and heat on non-stick pan as below.  Let tortillas cool for couple of minutes.
  • Prepare ingredients:  Fresh fruit, cut up, Nutella Spread, lightly toasted, shredded coconut.
  • Spread Nutella on tortillas, add fruit, sprinkle toasted coconut, fold over or roll.

Egg, Avocado & Tomato Potapas

Slice a hard boiled egg along with sliced avocado, tomatoes and lettuce to make a light, healthier breakfast or lunch treat.

Potapa-roll

  • Use ready-to-bake fish fillet, like tilapia, or breaded/battered fish fillet.  While baking…
  • Chop up cabbage or lettuce, very fine.
  • Heat Potapas on hot pan about 30 sec per side.
  • Assemble taco, top with Crema sauce or tartar sauce , Garnish with fresh lime.

Crispy Fried Potapas Chips

With the Super Bowl coming up, make Potapas Nacho Chips for the game. When Potapas Tortillas are cut up and fried in oil, they undergo a transformation. They become golden brown, crispy, flaky chips that taste like French Fried Potatoes! They go great with nacho cheese sauce, salsa and guacamole or any other dip. Serve for dipping or place toppings on chips for loaded nachos. Enjoy and wow your friends and family.

Cut up thawed Potapas.

    Heat oil in deep pan or pot to 325 F.

      Gently place Potapas pieces into hot oil.

        Fry until bubbling almost stops and Potapas are golden brown. Remove quickly from oil before they start burning.

          Dry on paper towel.

            Serve with your favorite dips such as nacho cheese sauce, quacamole and salsa

              Or place chips on platter and add your favorite toppings to make loaded nachos.
