Jim Broussalian, the creator of Potapas, is a product innovator with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. He has led menu development teams at Baskin-Robbins, Taco Bell, and Jack in the Box. More recently, he has developed and commercialized new products for Safeway and Costco.
Potapas were created as a new and different tortilla/taco carrier based on love of all things potato, while benefitting those who are seeking gluten free foods.
We are particularly grateful to the gluten free community in San Diego, whose members have been very generous and supportive in the formative stages of the product’s development.
